The following is an agreement between you and PlayCulture Ltd that permits us to use your likeness and contributions across our media channels in perpetuity, with or without compensation. Please read it carefully. If you agree to all terms please enter your email and submit the form at the bottom of this page.
After you submit this form you will receive an email confirming these terms. You will need to reply to this email with "I agree" for this agreement to become active
This is an agreement between yourself and PlayCulture Ltd (Company No. 14898010) 4 Kingsmead, St Albans, Herts, AL4 9JG and shall include it's successors, assigns and licensees, regarding any content creation work completed by PlayCulture Ltd either privately arranged or at a public event.
You warrant, confirm and agree that PlayCulture Ltd shall have the right to exploit any films, photographs and sound recordings in which you feature, or any
literary, dramatic, musical, artistic work, film, or sound recording created by you, or any performance you provide of any literary, dramatic, musical, artistic
work, film or sound recording included or provided by PlayCulture Ltd in any and all media by any and all means now known or invented in the future throughout
the world for the full period of copyright, including all renewals, revivals, reversions and extensions.
You will irrevocably and unconditionally grant to PlayCulture Ltd all consents required pursuant to the Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act 1988 Part II (the
'Performer's Rights') or otherwise under the laws in force in any part of the world to exploit such performances.
You irrevocably and unconditionally waive all rights you may have pursuant to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 Sections 77, 80, 84 and 85 (the 'Moral
Rights of an Author').
You consent to the use by PlayCulture Ltd of your name, likeness, voice and biography.
PlayCulture Ltd may assign or licence this agreement to any third party.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
