I understand, agree and consent to the following:
PlayCulture activities, events and community groups are organised by PlayCulture Ltd.
Some PlayCulture events are run by volunteers and can take place in public spaces. There are no permissions expressed or implied by the PlayCulture organisers. Participants make use of public facilities at their
own risk and without express permission from the PlayCulture organisers or the Council authorities or owners.
Children and participants under the age of 18 are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and need to be accompanied at all times before, during and after the event.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and actions while participating in PlayCulture events and are under no obligation to take part. Members of the public who are not taking part in the event have
priority at all times. While taking part in the event, take care on uneven surfaces or rough terrain. Watch out for other participants, cyclists, pedestrians, children, dogs, vehicles, maintenance work, bollards,
posts and other man-made or natural obstacles in the event location. Abov all participants should not at any point do anything they deem to be dangerous.
Attending a PlayCulture event might involve interaction with other members of the public who are taking part in the event, as well as those who are incidental. Participants interact at their discretion and at their
own risk.
